What is it?	2 hours of blended learning (e-learning supported by one of our virtual tutors) which takes you through why projects go off the tracks and fail and explains how to avoid this. The session is interactive with quizzes and activities throughout, as well as providing a test and certification at the end.
Why do I need it?	Because statistics say that if you are involved in change you have a greater chance of making a mess of it than succeeding. However we've worked out the common patterns of failure and understand how to guide you away from the normal pitfalls.
When do I use it?	You can use this PET before or during a live project. The tools and techniques it teaches are applicable throughout the life of any project.
