What is it? A very flexible database of Pentacle questions used to provide a snapshot or overview of an individual team or situation
Why do I need it?

Because in the new world implementation without a good diagnosis of exactly what the situation is simply leads to failure and more work
When do I use it?

At any stage to assess the situation
How do I use it? Pentacle will customise the database to provide the right questions to ask - you then simply have to involve your colleagues in providing their views and data
