Engage: At the end of this phase we will have answered four questions: • Who are ‘these Pentacle People’? • Can I have confidence that they can help us make a real difference to our organisation? • What is really different about the things we will learn? • How will we work together? • Are we compatible?
Diagnose: At the end of this phase we will have answered four questions: • What needs to change? • What should it be transformed to? • Who needs to change in what way? • What is the best way to carry out the transformation?
Design: At the end of this phase we will have created a plan of how to make it happen. This will tell us: • What activities are to be carried out • When the activities are to be carried out • Who is accountable for each of the activities • How much the Phase 4 Implement will cost in external cost and internal
Implement: The actual topics covered will have been specified during the Diagnosis and Design Phases.
Embed: At the end of this phase you will have ensured that the learning is deeply embedded.
